day, new appointments are automatically forward to the identified
program contact. If scheduled prospects have “passed”
a screening profile questionnaire, the answers to the profiling
questions are forwarded as well.
We can locate the most appropriate people in an organization that
would be interested in a particular product or service by contacting
targeted corporations to discover, the level, position, name of
those prospects and their interest level to purchase that offering.
We can identify who has the purchasing authority, the purchase intent,
purchase criteria and the likely purchase time frame. If services
are typically contracted over a multi-year period, we can identify
when the current contract expires.

can take seminar registrations, answer program questions and process
enrollments.
